As Founder of Help Keep My Money LLC, he has led strategic planning, financial system implementation, and investment structuring for organizations pursuing long-term sustainability and operational resilience.

His background includes oversight of multimillion-dollar budgets, implementation of AI-powered financial tools, and high-level consulting engagements for municipalities and mission-driven organizations. Michael has served as Chief Financial Officer for public agencies and nonprofits alike, including the Santa Barbara County Department of Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Services, where he managed a $106 million annual operating budget and led multiple administrative departments.

Most recently, he served as Management Analyst at the Palmdale Water District, delivering regulatory reporting, cost-saving energy strategies, and enterprise data analytics to support infrastructure operations.

Michael’s experience in logistics, capital planning, and public infrastructure management—alongside his expertise in contract CFO services and digital financial innovation—positions him as a valued strategic advisor to CivTek’s global initiatives.
