Thomas J. Young, PE, is a nationally recognized civil engineer and visionary business leader with over 41 years of global experience in engineering, construction, and aviation. As founder and CEO of CivTek International, he leads multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs worldwide and is known for his ability to mobilize elite teams across aviation, energy, healthcare, logistics, mining, transportation, and more.
His leadership spans the entire lifecycle of megaprojects, from feasibility and finance to construction and operations. Mr. Young has negotiated 50-year Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) concessions in emerging economies, positioning CivTek as an elite developer and operator of mission-critical infrastructure.

Mr. Young is a USAF combat aircrew veteran with over 2,000 flight hours in global strategic airlift. At 21, he became a Staff Sergeant. By 16, he had already trained 60+ martial arts students. He brings this same discipline and leadership to every project.
